Jesus & the Shroud of Turin: This video goes carefully through the evidence collected about the authenticity (or not) of the Shroud. There's been stories publicized claiming the Shroud was a forgery, and that it had been carbon dated to the era of 1260-1360. However, deeper analysis of the carbon dating shows that it had been thrown off by a coating on the Shroud. Further there are a number of very interesting details about the images and what's shown, such as a large number of plants which are indegenous to the area around Jerusalem, as well as pollen from plants indegenous to the area around Jerusalem. Among the pollen the one most prevalent around the head is of a very thorny thistle, which is indigenous to the area around Jersulam. Hmm, thorny thistle? Crown of thorns? All in all, a very interesting little documentary which will serve to challenge the naysayers.
